  3. I have not received any sign up emails from you, why not?

  4. The most common reasons for not receiving emails from us are:
Your email provider has moved our sign up email into your spam, spam email, bulk or junk folder.
Many email providers such as hotmail, aol, yahoo and gmail filter emails before you receive them. If the email address of the sender is not recognised or is not in your address book they often mark the email as spam or junk. They will then automatically save this email into a spam or junk folder instead of your inbox.
Please check your spam or junk folder to see if our sign up email is there. If it is, please click on our email and then the 'not spam' or 'not junk' link to move it back to your inbox.
There is a delay in the network.
Sometimes there is congestion on the network or trouble with your email provider that can cause delays in you receiving our email. Please be patient, if the email has not arrived within 4 hours then please contact us.

  3. How is it possible for FreeMailPost to offer mailing for free?

  4. First things first: it is important to understand that what FreeMailPost is attempting here is a brand new business model and, as such, the exact details of how we can provide free mailing will be tweaked in the initial stages.
As things stand the deal is this:

    • Registered users will receive 5 free postage pre-paid mailing envelopes  once a week.
    • Of those free mailing envelopes, we will place advertising messages and images on the back of the envelope. Also we will send our member mailers ad messages by email once a week from our advertising supporters.
    • In order for us to provide more accurate targeting, from time to time we will be serving up short questionnaires when you sign in. These questionnaires will be as unobstrusive as possible, taking up 10-15 seconds of your time, or thereabouts. Your participation in usefully completing these short questionnaires will enable us to build up a profile of your tastes and so provide advertising which is in step with your lifestyle. Simply clicking 'No' to all the questionnaires will not affect how many adverts will be grafted into your downloads, it will simply mean you will be listening to poorly targeted advertising which, more than likely, will not be of interest to you.
